Yes we do – and we do not charge for postage, our opals are delivered FREE anywhere in the world. How we send them depends on the size and value of the opal. All our opals are posted in protective packaging and are fully insured against loss, damage or theft. Packages are fully trackable and we also require a signature upon delivery for additional piece of mind. If for any reason your opal is lost or damaged in transit we will refund you in full.
Please be aware that occasionally packages get caught up in customs. Researching any possible customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You can contact your local customs office for further information.

The easiest way is to order through our online store – simply select your chosen opal, add to your shipping basket, fill out your details and your one of a kind gorgeous opal will begin its journey to you. All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card or Paypal account is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard cards only.

Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we will try to contact you, however if we can’t get in touch, we cannot place goods on hold.

Simply contact us using the online enquiry form or email us directly with the details of the opal you wish to purchase, and we will respond ASAP.

We process your order and pack and send your opal within 1-2 days of purchase and, once posted, the standard delivery time is 3 – 10 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within this time.

We do not keep any credit card details, all payment details are help by our third party secure payment facility.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can simply pay with credit card or bank transfer if you prefer.

As all the opals we sell are solid and untreated (not doublet or triplet) caring for your opal is easy – simply wipe occasionally with a damp cloth. Opals love the water so feel free to wear your opal in the shower or whilst swimming, just be careful not to loose it! Keep in mind that opals have a hardness of 6 (Diamonds are 10) so can be prone to scratching so always look after your opal with care.
