REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day full refund or exchange of purchase on loose opals or ready made jewellery if for any reason you are not happy with your opal. (Refund is not applicable to custom made jewellery) The buyer is responsible for any taxes charges and return shipping costs. To qualify for a full refund, goods must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase date. Refund will be made once goods are returned and may take around three working days to process. Refunds and are processed in Australian Dollars.

POSTAGE

We do not charge for postage – our opals are delivered FREE anywhere in the world. How we send them depends on the size and value of the opal. All our opals are posted in protective packaging and are fully insured against loss, damage or theft. Items are fully trackable and we also require a signature upon delivery for additional piece of mind. If for any reason your opal is lost or damaged in transit we will refund you in full.

TAXES

Some countries charge import tax, please research any import taxes for your country before making a purchase. In Australia we charge 10% GST (Goods and services tax) Our prices are in Australian Dollars and are shown with and without GST. If you live outside of Australia you do not need to pay this tax and it will be taken off your invoice once you enter your address details.
